How to send an email to an email address that is not in the Contacts module or in your Office 365 address list
1. Click on My Mail
2. Click on New Mail
3. Enter the email address you want to send a mail to
In this example the email address is not in the Contacts list and also not in your Office 365 contacts list
4. Click on "Use this address" or press Enter
Note the email address is not selected until you click on "Use this address" or press Enter
5. Add a Mail Subject
6. Type the Mail Body
7. Add an attachment by clicking on the attach button
8. Click on Send
9. This is what the email looks like in the recipient's mail client
10. The email will also reflect in your Sent Items
Please note it might take a minute for the mail to show up in your Sent Items
