How to send an email to an email address that is in the Contacts feature

Note: This example is if Laminin cannot access your Office 365 Contact List, then it will look for email addresses in the Laminin Contacts feature

1. Click on "Contacts"

2. The contact you want to send an email to must be in the Contacts list

4. To send an email, click on "My Mail"

5. Click on "New Mail"

6. Start typing the contact's name or email address

7. Laminin will display contacts from the Contacts feature that matches your search

8. Click on the contact you want to send an email to

The email address must be selected as shown here or Laminin will not proceed with sending the mail

9. Add a subject to your email in the "Subject" field

10. Type your email message in the body section

11. You can optionally send an email attachment by clicking on the attach icon (directly under the Subject) and choosing a file from your device

12. Click on "Send"

13. If you go to your Sent Items you will see the mail that was just sent
