1. Click on Contacts

4. Click on New Ticket (No Call)

5. Select the Amendments Workflow

The Amendments workflow is linked to the specific broker

Select the Amendments Workflow

6. Click on Save

7. Click on Edit

Update the mandatory information

18. After you have submit, you will be transferred to the lead box

Click on Re-Open amendment if you want to amend on the existing ticket
