How to search for a specific case (also known as a lead or ticket)
1. Click on Search
2. This will open the Search screen
You can search any case (also known as a lead or ticket) field with the textbox on the left. You can search for a specific case by entering the case id in the text box on the right.
3. Type the value you would like to search
In this example I typed in Kent as I am looking for a client with Kent as the surname. I could just as easily have searched for a phone number or any other property.
4. The search results will bring up all leads where there is a match in any of the lead fields. Click on the lead you would like to open.
5. This will display the Lead Information on the right. Click on Open Lead.
6. This will open the case (also known as a lead or ticket)
