How to search for, listen to and download call recordings
In order to search for call recordings your Laminin profile will need to be correctly configured by the System Administrator to allow access to the "Search Calls" screen
1. Click on Calls
2. In the "Number" field enter the phone number you would like to search
Note: You can also search by Lead Id or Id Number
3. Click on Apply
4. This will show all calls available in Laminin for this phone number
5. To search for calls that contains a call recording, select "Yes" in the "Has Recording" dropdown
6. You can also further limit your search by entering a "From" and "To" date
7. Click on Apply to apply the "Has Recording" and Date filters
8. To listen to a recording, click on the blue "Play" button next to the recording
9. To download the recording, first click on the 3 vertical dots on the media control
Note: Once you've clicked on the "Play" button, a media control will open at the bottom of the page that can be used to play, pause and move forward or back in the recording
10. Then click on the "Download" button
Note: On this menu you can also adjust the playback speed by clicking on the "Playback speed" button
11. To close the media control for the recording, click on "Close"
