How to make an outound call using Leadbox

1. Click on Leadbox

2. Click on the client name to open the lead

3. If your browser asks you to allow Laminin to access your microphone, select "Allow on every visit"

Laminin needs to access your device microphone to make calls. By selecting "Allow on every visit" you only need to perform this action once, the next time you want to make a call your permissions will already be set correctly.

If your browser asks you to allow Laminin to access your microphone, select "Allow on every visit"


4. Click on  Call

To initiate the call to the client, click on the Call button to open the phone

Click on  Call


5. Click on the green call button

On the phone, click on the green call button to start the call

Click on the green call button


6. Click on the red call hangup button

To end the call, click on the red call hangup button

Click on the red call hangup button


7. Select a Call Disposition from the list

Select a disposition according to the outcome of the call

Select a Call Disposition from the list


8. Click on  Confirm

Click on  Confirm


9. Click on the red cross

To close the phone, click on the red cross

Click on the red cross
