How to make an outbound call to a supplier using the Contacts feature

1. Click on  Contacts

Click on  Contacts


2. Select the Supplier you would like to contact

Select the Supplier you would like to contact


3. Click on New Case (No Call)

This will create a new case (also known as a ticket or lead) that can be used to phone the supplier.  You can also open an existing Case if there is already one open and you want to phone the supplier regarding the open Case.

Click on New Case (No Call)


4. Select the Channel (also known as the Campaign)

This will create the new case in the selected campaign which will provide the workflow for that campaign

5. Click on Save

Click on Save


6. Click on Call to open the phone

Click on Call to open the phone


7. Select the number you would like to phone

This will start the call with the supplier

8. To end the call, click on the red call hang-up button

The end the call, click on the red call hangup button


9. Select the appropriate call disposition depending on the outcome of the call

The available dispositions is dependent on the workflow configuration for this campaign

10. Click on  Confirm

11. To close the phone, click on the red cross in the upper left corner of the phone
