View your monthly VoIP usage
1. Laminin will provide you with login details to the Customer Self-Care Portal
2. From the Login screen, type your username and password then click on Login
3. You will be required to change your password the first time you login
4. Click on the Billing Information tab
5. Click on Reports
6. Select the date range for the CDR reports you would like to download
7. This will show you the reports available. Click on the magnifying glass icon to download the report.
8. The CDR report must be unzipped and can then be opened in Excel

When logging a ticket with the Laminin support team, please provide as much information as possible. This can include references to specific leads or recordings as well as descriptions and screenshots of your own troubleshooting.
