How to configure an extension on a Yealink Desk Phone

1. Navigate to the Yealink Desk Phone IP address in your web browser


2. From the Yealink Login screen, enter the username

Default is admin

3. Enter the password

Default is admin

4. Click on Confirm

5. Click on the Account tab

6. Select the account that you want to configure from the dropdown menu

7. Enter the Label for this account

This name is to easily identify the account

8. Enter the Display Name

This name will display on the phone

9. Enter the Extension Register Name

You can get this information from the Extension User Device in VitalPBX

10. Enter the Extension Password

You can get this information from the Extension Password in VitalPBX

11. In VitalPBX you can view the User Device and Password for the extension you want to configure on the Yealink Desk Phone

12. Enter the PBX URL

13. Click on Confirm

14. Select Enabled

15. Click on Confirm

16. After a few seconds the Register Status should change to Registered

17. Click on the Status tab and then on Handset&VoIP

18. You should also see your account is Registered from this screen
