How to listen to and download call recordings
1. In order to access call recordings your Laminin profile will need to be correctly configured by the System Administrator to enable accessing call recordings
2. Click on Contacts
3. Select the client whose call recordings you want to access
4. Click on Open Case to open the case where the recordings are located
5. Click on Actions
6. Click on Recordings
7. This will show you all recordings for this case in the Recording Playlist
Click on the recording you want to listen to
8. Click on the Play button to start listening to the recording
9. You can drag the slider to move forward or backward in the recording
10. You can pause the recording by clicking on the Pause button
11. You can download the recording to your local storage by clicking on the blue Download button
Your Laminin profile will need to be correctly configured by the System Administrator to enable downloading call recordings
