How to create a Call Only State that won't update the Lead State


View this guide in Tango


1. Under "Campaign Management", click on "Workflows"

Click on Workflows


2. Select the Workflow that you want to update

Alternatively if you want to create a new Workflow, click on "Add"

Select the Workflow that you want to update


3. Click on the "Edit" button to edit an existing Workflow Process

Alternatively if you want to create a new Workflow Process, click on "Add Process"

If you want to edit an existing Workflow Process, click on the "Edit" button


4. Click on the "Edit" button to edit an existing state

Alternatively if you want to create a new State, click on "Add"

Click on the "Edit" button to edit an existing state


5. Click on the "Call Only" checkbox to mark this state as a call only state that won't change the lead state

Click on the "Call Only" checkbox to mark this state as a call only state that won't change the lead state


6. Click on "Save"

Click on "Save"
