How to manually add a lead to a campaign in Laminin
"Allow users to add leads" must be enabled on the campaign
Your App Permissions will need to be correctly configured by the System Administrator to allow access to the "Add Lead" screen
2. Click on Add Lead
3. Select the campaign you want to add the lead to
In this example we are adding to the "Installations Appointment Setup" campaign
4. You can now see all the fields in this campaign that can be captured
Fields with a red line in front are mandatory fields and must be captured in order to proceed
5. Complete the fields you have information for
In this example we select Mr for the Title field
6. Complete the fields you have information for
In this example we add the client's name to the First Name field
7. Complete the fields you have information for
In this example we add the client's surname to the Last Name field. Note this is a required field on this campaign.
8. Complete the fields you have information for
In this example we add the client's cellphone number to the Mobile Phone field. Note this is a required field on this campaign.
9. Complete the fields you have information for
In this example we add the client's email address to the Email field
10. Complete the fields you have information for
In this example we select a date from the date picker for the Installation Date field. Note this is a required field on this campaign.
11. Click on Save
12. The new lead is now created in the selected campaign
