When importing leads into a campaign you will need to ensure that the data in your file is Text and the file type is saved as a Text (Tab delimited) file with an extension of txt
Once this is done you will select the campaign you want to import the leads into. You will then be navigated to the below screen after selecting the campaign:

Here you may select the quick import icon as highlighted above. Once you have selected this you will be navigated to the import page as indicated in the below image:

You will select the File Format as “Tab Delimited” and select the Upload File Icon. Once selected you will see the data from the file displayed as indicated in the below image:

The above image displays a preview of the content of the file. You will see the blue icon on the bottom right corner of Laminin which you will select once you have reviewed and confirmed that all fields are correct:

Once you have clicked the blue arrow icon you will be navigated to the below page to map the fields from the file to the campaign fields on Laminin:

Laminin will attempt to map data from the file to their respective fields in Laminin using the column headers from the file. Where Laminin cannot map a field you will need to open the drop down list and select the option of ‘None’ for fields that you cannot match as indicated in the below image:

Once all the fields have been mapped as shown in the above image, you will see a green Import icon become available. Click this icon to import the leads. Once clicked you will be navigated to the import screen that will display the file name, status of the import as well the total records on the file.

Laminin will run a duplicate check if you have assigned a unique value in the campaign fields and will display duplicates if it identifies any. The page will also display the total leads that have been imported.

Once the import has completed you will see the below image confirming that all leads have been imported:
